Since the previous day, we have been having issues with ntel and connecting to the internet in office. We called support since 16th, confirmed we had our validity ending 17th of Mar, 2017. Though, unfortunately, we got a cold feet on the 16th and 17th, couldnt browse. Affected work, productivity and relationships. Thank God for his love. 17th, went and added more units and we were up and running. Good ntel was smart enough to take initiative to call back and follow up on status of connectivity and upon complaining about validity and make up for missed day, lady said would see what could be done about it. Ntel's office address in Garki, was told No 40, Ladoke Akintola Crescent Opposite Garki 2 Market. I got there, there was no such thing opposite the market gate. Worst is the fact that to no avail, i didnt see Ladoke Akintola Crescent, rather, Ladoke Akintola Boulevard. Asking around was pointed to a Pharmacy, Skylark or so, said in that same building is ntel office, like 5-10m...
