Standing Out, Success and Victory - Testimony as of 23 Mar 2017

I stepped out of office to get to National Hospital. Brother F assisted me with money incase i had challenge with ATM. Upon trying to withdraw from ATM, was given a NGN1,000 note with a part chopped off. I immediately went into the bank. The lady, customer care directed me further in. Earlier, she told me their machine would be up, when i checked and it was temporarily out of service. Was directed further to the cashier who wanted proof eg sms alert that i indeed tried to withdraw from their ATM and am not just a random visitor. My phone was home, forgot it in the morning. Gave her my word, she should have faith. Thank God she did, else hopefully, the lady i met earlier would have supported by His grace. Upon departure, i hailed the security man at the door who supported me and encouraged me when i came earlier to try withdrawing and was seeing temporarily out of service.
Upon getting to the Hospital, succeeded in paying my bill of NGN1,500. I waited for quite long just to be made to understand they made another error of sending me to the wrong clinic i should come back next week. God bless the man that messed me up twice in a row.
Back at office, continued with PHP enjoyed the flow. Around 5.30p decided to go. Upon boarding a car, rain started to pour. Guys in car shared stories of armed robbery. A certain man, decided to join women when it was mentioned that men and women should separate. The thieves laughed when he said they were the men and they didnt touch his possession. Story teller shared how many men that form men in their houses and around their wives at home become completely humble like men with no testicles when often blocked by armed robbers and upon seeing the calibre of men with weapons. Another shared a story, how a certain pastor from MFM was cornered in a taxi with others by ritualist. A lady led and commanded like 5-6 of them to take off their clothings and most complied. He shared that what they are doing is not going to work on him cos he is a child of God. They were like - really?, then we had like to start on you. All the preaching he heard and the word of God disappeared due to fear and sight of killings in front of him. Anyway, they decided to leave him, after considering that specimen from him, indeed may spoil their collection, and it took them long to make the harvest. Lady also shared they needed roughly 4. The Mfm pastor believed that doing good, giving and helping in the past could have contributed to his salvation. We concluded in the vehicle that yeah, life is about giving, helping and sharing to uplift others.
Hajiya at our back happened to be a yoruba lady unlike the thought of the Plateau driver that she was hausa. By then, some of our fellow travellers had alighted and we were three remaining in the vehicle. We took left, shortcut? The rain started increasing. At Total filling station, after taking a short cut to the right, it was powerfully raining. I jumped out and darted towards filling station shopping section the door was locked, glass and their was burglar proof within. They were staring at me like at a zoo. Three of them. Knocked they started opening the door. Ajar, was asked, do you wanna buy something? Yeah of course i responded, even if i dont want to buy a thing, this rain would definitely make we want to. Got drinks and hey, the happy workers at Total joined me and we were sharing, and one got extra.
The rain stopped, they were out, even the ladies that came in while we were drinking stepped out. Finishing last round, bolted towards road and good for me a taxi was heading in my direction. Hopped in, shared with the driver i like his Ford and i hardly enter one of this. Smile and appreciation and we were lunging towards the express. Love it when it rains, everywhere becomes cool and fresh. Upon going down the bridge from Nicon towards Kubwa, the sun was red the sun was orange. Beautiful circle hovering in the sky. God is great and Nigeria is a beautiful country. Sin just spoilt things. Thank God for the coming of Jesus Christ to die for us and redeem us.
It was way after 6pm didnt want to be late at church. Boarded a keke drop which took me straight to Redeemed CCG.
Wonderful Pastor Sola was to my right, a friend to my left and behind was Bro Afolabi, great man of God heading Workers in Training.
Message was about standing out. Powerful man of God shared with us that integrity is very important. Honing a skill in a field or an enterprise is important. Shared how in order to get educated, he stayed long hours late with legs in water so as not to doze off, focussed and studied. Got to a point was resistant to nescafe (coffee's anti-sleeping effect). Now he the boss, works with no supervision can do as he pleases, but for sake of good records, still gets to work first thing in the morning. Friday that could be skipped, he had still be there. People say, if you want to catch this man, you ought to report EARLY!
During questions and answers interactive session, Pastor Sola shared with us working with S.H.A.P.E. in life is very important where S - Salvation, H - preparing the heart, A - attitude, P - purpose and E - Education. People ought to be allowed to attune themselves with their calling and parents should not just pick career for their kids, not the best. And children should not be compelled to go for something they feel will please others. Pastor Rotimi also shared it had be good to have efficient system of career counselling in the church.
After leaving church, happy to be chanced to greet almost everybody in the church and share love of Christ. Thank God was chanced to show appreciation to the man of God for ministration through him.
Getting home, my neighbors were having fellowship. At first didn't want to join but later changed my mind. Was a good session. Focus was on the widow and the prophet. Was advised to use the oil she had, after getting more containers from neighbors. Then close doors to fill the other containers. She did and their was divine multiplication. God of miracle is Lord Elohim.
Conclusion of the message: we should reach out to the needy in our midst, the widow, the orphans and at the end i shared the internally displaced persons as well.
The widow in the bible story was saved because she opened up her heart, else her kids could have ended up in slavery.

God had bless us as we share and help one another. It is one of the main thing that the church oughts to work on, so we agreed in the taxi ride as we shared stories about gangsta armed robbers and serious minded ritual killers.

Lastly, i am happy for my brother Anthony. Was already warned, might be packing his belongings to leave the following day. Due to bad past records, behavior, attitude and the fact that he couldn't find his driving license that got missing together with his wallet.
Whilst i was at the front of my house, grooving to music while typing some portion of this text, saw light from an extreme side coming from a torch, a body appeared and a smiling wobbling Anthony my buddy. Wallet found, we were happy and joyful. A thorough search gave him victory. We shall focus on being organized so stuffs that are just beside us dont seem to be miles away. God loves us.
God that made the heavens and the earth shall continue to be for us as we abide in him being his children through the work on the cross by Jesus Christ in Jesus name.
