Respond to Holy Ghost Pricks & Overcome by the blood of the Lamb and Word of our Testimony - 20 Mar 2017

Stepping back home from Garki, i got some oranges for me, my neighbors and the family. Let's enjoy some juicy oranges. We were having evening fellowship with the Danmagaji's; Pastor E.A. Adeboye shared a story how he was travelling to see His Father in the Lord. Because he forgot to get the gift he wanted to bring, he got some oranges. When his Father in the Lord asked him if he got it on the way, with the intention i.e. while he was still journeying from afar, he said yes. The Holy Ghost started pricking him, convicting him, based on the intention of the question, he was lying. He argued, but realising no point to this, he opened up and confessed. His Father in the Lord exclaimed 'Holy Spirit'.
We should learn to be sensitive to the prompts from the Holy Spirit, and avoid our hearts and conscience seared by sins we ignore till they become habitual.
Grandma shared we the younger generation we shall wake out of slumber, endeavor to give respect to those that are ahead of us.
It sank deep into me. Though i was not the target for the discourse. I, as i am, i love being given my due respect. I believe it applies to almost every other person, especially our Father who art in heaven.
I lastly thank God for good music and mood i had while back at home, that pumped me up to cross some mountains in good spirit.
The Lord is good halleluyah!

Woke up this morning my dad was preparing to travel to the South East, Enugu. Came over for the weekend to spend time with his boys. Presence of dad, good one, felt nourished and taken care of. Miss mama. Stretched out of the bed put things in order. As dad was about to leave, gave me a huge gift of a mango i felt blessed. Ebere gave me cold pure water much later in the day while i was trying to go towards Pastor Gabriel's. Happy to have met her. It's been long havent seen her face and her countenance was welcoming full of smiles, light and cheerfulness, some warmth as well. I stepped out of the house in my caftan and headed towards church. COCIN and environs was filled with presence of people. Got to church, saw Basil, wanted to sit near him, usher instead took me way forward. Two gentlemen were by my side, had a good sunday. Once upon a time, Jesus told people if they have faith as small as a mustard seed, they could tell a mountain to move, and so shall it be. Another instance, tell a tree to move to the sea, so shall it be. Faith is the substance of thing hoped for. Hope is an interesting aspect of life. Hope can keep people alive and even the opposite. The whole essence of life is love. Through love, many of us believe the world was made. By the Word, things were formed out of things that seemed not to exist. Backed by faith, we can do great and mighty works, bring things that seem not to exist unto reality. Plight of the humans: many keep on wondering what is the purpose of life. The answer, though many seem to know it, many seem to act like they dont know it. Many want to believe and act once more like they dont know it. Solution to the plight of the humans: love thy neighbor as thyself. Do unto others as you want done unto you. Seek God and learn to love him with all. Please him by faith which worketh by love. Pick any of this sentence and you have gotten yourself the answer.
