Loose Your Life for Christ to Gain It, Serve to Lead - 14 Mar 2017

Woke up it was way after 7.
At Area 8, i branched at phone repairer. He gave me word that phone would be ready and the money to collect back because he didnt succeed in fixing the phone.
Kept to his word. Happy we were able to finish dealing with that issue fair and square.
Thank God was able to live the quality of agape love, trusting in all things.
1 Cor 13 is a great lesson for the human soul and interest is going to be built for practise to live a godly life through Jesus Christ.

Got to work did css, php and html.
Learnt how it is very important not to get angry easily cos it blocks the mind and retards innovativity.
What could take a few minutes might end up taking hours to complete it.
Hung around with Baba Peace after meeting with him just after stepping out of my office. He is a friend of mine from the neighborhood.
By the way, close to the location of our meeting, much earlier in the day was with Nura who was about to venture in his first volunteer act with Life Builders Initiative. The Lord is his strength.
Anyway, with Baba Peace, we chatted we strolled, we gisted we conquered.
Close to Murg Plaza, i got a powerful pounded yam with egusi after parting with Baba Peace. The man to my left happened to like the girl Asabe. I did aryeryeryer as is done in the North to signal marriage. Another younger boy, later, when the man left shared he liked Asabe but she had think he is a small boy. Said to him, bro, maturity is not necessary an age thing. A man that is 50 could be said to be less matured than he who is 30 based on accomplishments, knowledge, character, integrity and service. He concurred.
A guy to the right of Asabe wanted to take her 'kwakwa' but she didnt budge. Asabe had an interesting way of speaking hausa she spoke with an accent. Enquiry revealed she is from Nassarawa. Northern like me though we have our unique languages. Nigeria is big, vast, blessed with different food and tribes.
Met Suleiman, after a few days. Suleiman has been in Abuja since Abacha was in power.
Been at Kubwa and now in Garki. He prefers life in Garki, a model city. I thank God for his life.
I checked for possibility to get me another mobile, shops were locked.
Was with Kasim for some time. Shared about possibility to engage in exporting some of our fruits abroad. Shared he ran such affairs back in the days. He delivered food items to Cotonou like garlic. Had issue with custom at a point paralysed operations.
Shared how i fancy the idea of finding a place around Garki could hang out past nights in case i am there till late. Good friend assured me he had work on things as need be. God bless him and us with fruitfulness.
Near the center for Arts and Culture, i tried getting a vehicle to Gwarinpa. To my right, a man wanted to go to Kubwa, to my left Lugbe. Lugberian decided to cross go to Area 1 just N50 afterall. The idea won us, because it would be easier to get a vehicle there around that time and we crossed. They all got in except me becuase there was no space. I waited just a little and i got my vehicle. Girl by the left was quiet, the next that joined to my right was wowly dressed and lively. Interacted, she shared with me about Gudu and an estate in Durumi i never heard of before. Abuja is a big city i concluded. Thank God for growth.
At Area 1 when we left, soldiers were searching. Searching vehicles. A guy with a jeep parked by the side, while we headed forward.
At Galadima, got change and saw a sis that sells fruit. Communicated, happy for something different. Usually said casual high and i pass.

Note: try to loose your life for the purpose of Christ, and see life from a different angle from your preconceived notion. Do this consistently and you had see light.

At home and i was treated like a Prince. My loving younger brother gave me a home made burger made out of bread and their was vegie. Hospitality and service, gave me cold water to drink and i felt elated.

Another one: every now and then, when you cross your desires wisely for a higher good, a higher reward comes.
Another one: to lead, learn how to serve. Learn how to solve people's problem; connect people, improve the spirit of people, their lives and connect them to God.

God help us in Jesus name, may we live a life of joy in love continually in the Lord's name.
