Trouble Your City for Jesus, Live Life of Love, Overcome by Testimony - 12 Mar 2017

I woke up, i still wanted to sleep more. Decided, could skip Sunday school self. Then heard 'bgm', a vibration and a spasm under my skin.

Realized this could have come because of my weak resolve. So, i decided to go against the decision. Wondered what time it was upon checking, wow, the day is just breaking, a few minutes after 7.
I decided on getting ready, putting systems in places. Warmed the rice-spaghetti from the previous day and the stew. Had a good shower i was warming up for the day. Contemplated on what i am  gonna put on. Wanted to iron but upon checking my locker, i found could mix white and a white.

White top with message Jesus loves me and a white trouser i got as a gift from Uduak from Church of Christ. White top was self designed in caftan like fashion. By the way, in church, during testimony time, i shared i am thanking God, for his spirit in us and creativity, he gave and i used to design the cloth. Shared i was happy the people were present without them the world would have been empty and boring. I appreciated God for sustaining my people in the North East which is where i come from. And i encouraged us based on love of Jesus, we should endeavor to walk in love, through which we shall grow in Jesus name and the world will know we are Christ's disciples. I shared thanks to the Word from the scripture, we shall overcome by the blood of the lamb and words of our testimony. I have come up with a project: http://overcomebyjesus.blogspot.com.ng which is going to be used as a portal to share words of testimony promoting God's kingdom.
It was a powerful one but could always have been better so i thought while i sat and reflected. God shall deliver us from all sorts of evil and shall fill us with passion to walk in the rays of light.

Upon stepping out of my house, i branched by the hausa guys near my house and i am glad was able to give them a warm sunday greeting and share that 'Yesu na kaunar' - which is Jesus loves in hausa language.

At church, message was powerful. Message was about troubling the city. A certain time ago, Paul was doing the work of the apostle. A certain girl was following him and soothsaying for days. He got vexed, and cast out the evil spirit from her. Her managers were not happy, bad for business they reported him to magistrates that this man is causing confusion in the city.
Conclusion: people ought to feel the impact of our presence and existence in almost every locality we find ourselves. They must know that this one is different. He is born again and a child of God. They dont need to get close before they start getting the signal. From afar off, when they are cooking ideas, they should be considering the option, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, this one is born again o. Dont try this with him. Before picking the phone, before coming with temptation..
At work, boss should be the one asking you, aint you going for fellowship?
Show sign of born again. 'Trouble' cities with the power of Christ within you. Don't live a 'too-gentle' life, where you just go somewhere, sit, watch, go, eat, sleep, live and wait till you die. MAKE IMPACTS UPON IMPACTS through the Lord Jesus Christ.
He said, God is very interested in those that 'trouble' their cities.
Men ought to get id of who you are, tagging you, 'not like us', but very christ-like.
We should go out there and take our place. God will ask about the activities of our lifetime.
Follow me, said Jesus, and i will make you fishers of men. Some fishermen go out late in the night just to catch fish when others are sleeping.
Let's not keep quiet hoping pastors will do it all.
Do you make satan comfortable?
Mt 5v16: Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works so they glorify your Father in Heaven.
You must make efforts to stand out!
Be bold about Jesus Christ so that he had completely boast about you in front of our Father!

After service, i asked Pastor, when had we go out as a team to Trouble our city, he smiled warmly and said lets plan on this.
